When it comes to changing an organization this begins for every department every situation of the business. However , according to the text publication Cummings (2013) Ninth Edition, a prepared change is definitely directed by the leader and has everything to do with all the members, (teamwork). The entire company has to be prepared and very ready for change. This involves the very composition of the organization. This will consider many different job and the co-operations of all applied or included. In order for the procedure to be effectively developed agencies need to treat certain concerns to operate efficiently. We need to stick to the four interrelated issues that will be the key targets of the Organizational Development interventions. Now this assignment is too compare and contrast these four interventions, the first input is the Man Process Concours: According to the text it is the human process surgery which are aimed at assisting the members with the organization to improve their production as well as improve the way they will work together for individual and group levels, (Cummings, To. G. 2013). My type is very similar; I believe the human aspects will be " TeamworkвЂќ. People will be working together to get the greater good of each various other and the demands of the corporation. This helps to alter or realign conflicting conditions that may arise within the organization that needs to replace the way it runs.
