During the pre-1870 there were many schools who had been diverse from each other. However , most of these schools well-informed boys instead of girls due to their gender cultural status.
In regards to education for females, it was not their school that was just considered but their gender. Depending on the infant's sex, education was viewed as useless for their lives. In case the child was girl, there was a likely chance that the girl would have been excluded from the most important areas of her educational experience. Mainly because women in industrial societies had a different and reduced position inside the division of work than men, the tips presented in schools were thought to be simply no use to ladies. In the pre-1870's it was assumed that the understanding, values and skills women may have gotten was ineffective when compared to guys which for that reason was thought that they were best to be a stay at home mom.
