To create a data in Exceed 2007,
Open to the worksheet made up of your unsummarized data. Select the cell array of the data being charted.
If your cell range contains two non-adjacent areas, hold over the Ctrl important as you pull and select each area. Choose Insert and in the Charts group, click on the chart type. From the drop-down gallery that appears, click on the chart sub-type you wish. To help separate sub-types, move the mouse pointer over the sub-type and wait for the sub-type description to appear. Customize your chart simply by clicking the chart and selecting the Layout tab with the Chart Equipment ribbon group (or PivotChart Tools, in the event the chart is founded on a PivotTable). Review the settings for the associates of the Labels and Responsable groups from this tab. Unless overridden especially in afterwards instructions, use the following settings for these items (for a given chart type, some of these items may be incapable and not available):
Chart Title Choose both Centered Contribution Title or Above Graph. Axes Titles For the main Horizontal Axis Title, choose Title Listed below Axis. To get the Primary Top to bottom Axis Title, select Rotated and balanced Title. Several charts have got secondary responsable; for this kind of charts, choose Title Under Axis while the Supplementary Horizontal Axis Title and None while the Extra Vertical Axis Title. Data Labels Select None.
Data Table Select None.
Axes For the principal Horizontal Axis Title, select Show Left to Proper Axis. Pertaining to the Primary Up and down Axis Title, select Present Default Axis. Some chart have secondary axes; for such chart, select None as the Secondary Side to side Axis Title and Show Arrears Axis while the Second Vertical Axis Title. Gridlines Select None for both the Major Horizontal Gridlines and Primary Vertical Gridlines. As well select non-e for supplementary gridlines, if the chart consists of those as well.
